For the fourth year in a row, Mirror Show Management participated in a drive to gather baby supplies for the Rochester YWCA Young Parents Support Services program.

Throughout the month of May, employees were encouraged to contribute new baby supplies for young mothers in need. Coordinated by Kim Kusak, our Shipping Manager, and with the help of our generous employees, Mirror Show Management donated an assortment of supplies including diapers, baby wipes, baby blankets, baby t-shirts and lotion.

As a certified woman-owned business, Mirror Show Management is particularly sensitive to the needs of women and is committed to supporting organizations like the YWCA and their mission to empower women.

On Thursday, June 3 a team of Mirror Show Management employees will participate in the JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge 3.5 mile run/walk.  In preparation for the event we designed a t-shirt that embodies the work we do, and the attitude we bring to work every day. 

The PepsiCo Gatorade trade show exhibit for NATA 2009 recently earned MSM a LADDY award (certificate of excellence) within the Sales Promotion Trade Show Exhibit category.

Exhibitor 2010 is North America’s Largest Exhibition of Trade Show and Corporate Event Products and Services, and provides everyone from the trade show rookie to the exhibit veteran three exciting days of exhibits, demos, and new resources on display. Throughout the show’s conference, specialty sessions provide attendees with cutting edge ideas and an inside peek at the newest tips and tricks in the industry.

As a result of Mirror Show Management’s one-of-a-kind blend of outstanding customer service, innovative designs, and flawless custom exhibit construction, the company has grown over the years into the successful company that it is today, and has again been recognized on the Rochester Top 100 list. 

Following an all-inclusive presentation of our capabilities and design work, in July 2009, MSM was awarded the Mars Snack Food trade show account. We will manage their entire program, from ordering services and coordinating freight, to building new properties and producing graphics. And as Mars Snack Food’s new exhibit management company, we were given the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to tour the manufacturing facility and taste m&m’s right off the line– proof that this is going to be a "sweet" program!

The YWCA hosted its Third Annual Empowering Women Luncheon on Tuesday, October 6, at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center, and as an Encouraging Sponsor, Mirror Show Management again participated in the event and showed our support for this wonderful organization. And that’s not all: we’re so proud that our very own Sarah Morehouse designed the logo that’s featured on the front of this year’s invitation. Check it out on the attached PDF!

Mirror Show Management announced today that it is donating $1,388 to Camp Good Days, a charity chosen by a vote of Mirror Show employees.  Camp Good Days is dedicated to improving the quality of life for children, adults and families whose lives have been touched by cancer and other life challenges.

Throughout the month of May, MSM employees participated in a Baby Drive to collect brand new baby items for the YWCA’s Young Parents Support Services (YPSS) program. Coordinated by our Shipping Manager, Kim Kusak, we collected everything from disposable diapers to bibs, and baby shampoo to blankets to stock the program’s one-of-a-kind Baby Boutique.

Mirror Show Management, a premier exhibit design and trade show management company, was selected by Eastman Kodak Company’s Consumer Digital Group as their exhibit partner for Photokina 2008.  The show, held September 23-28, 2008 in Cologne Germany, is the largest trade event for modern image communication with over 175,000 attendees.  Working in collaboration with Cheshire AV, MSM provided management and oversight for the entire project from planning through successful execution on the show floor. 

This month several of our employees completed two of MSM's Live Great! programs.

Donna Shultz was invited to speak at the PepsiCo Supplier Day at PepsiCo corporate headquarters in Purchase, NY on Tuesday, August 12, 2008.  The event was organized by the Women Presidents' Education Organization (WPEO) and PepsiCo procurement management team to support PepsiCo's supplier diversity program.  Donna spoke about her involvement with WPEO and how her affiliation provided the company with great opportunities to work with world-class companies such as PepsiCo.  Mirror Show Management has partnered with PepsiCo since April 2007, providing exhibit design and tradeshow management services for all its divisions including Pepsi, Frito-Lay, Quaker, Tropicana, and Gatorade. 

Mirror Show Management, a premier exhibit design and management company, today announced that it has signed a contract with Limited Brands to provide booth design and trade show management services.  Limited Brands is an apparel-based specialty retailer that sells a wide range of products through its portfolio of businesses, including Victoria’s Secret, Victoria’s Secret Pink, Bath & Body Works, C.O. Bigelow, White Barn Candle Company, La Senza, and Henri Bendel.

The kids of MSM had great fun last week participating in our "Bring Your Child to Work Day" activities! We started the day with some exercises based on the theme "Making Choices for a Better World."

Presentation of the check to CASA’s Patricia M. Slimmer, Assistant Director and Laurie A. Holmes, Director will take place at Mirror Show’s annual Invoice Program luncheon on March 28 at MSM’s Webster headquarters.

Eli Stein has been hired as a Graphic Designer.  Eli joins us from EF Education in Cambridge, MA where he was part of the in-house design team responsible for the design of catalogs, brochures and direct mail pieces for various travel products.  He holds a B.S. in Environmental & Forest Biology as well as a Graphic Design certificate from the Massachusetts College of Art.  Eli resides in Webster, NY. 

MSM welcomes Kevin O'Reilly as Information Technology Manager.  Kevin previously worked at SMP as Senior Systems Engineer.  He brings over 26 years of IT experience and several IT industry certifications to MSM.  Kevin will help MSM utilize technology as MSM continues to grow. 

Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks announced that Mirror Show Management has been named Monroe County’s "Business of the Month" for August and will be featured on Monroe County’s website, monroecounty.gov.

MSM welcomes Wendy Marold to our sales team as an Account Executive – Wendy will handle some existing accounts as well as working on new opportunities for MSM. Her position is an addition to the team, created due to new customer growth over the last year. Most recently with Henkel Corporation in Connecticut, Wendy brings both client- and provider-side experience to her new role. We’re glad Wendy moved back to Rochester to join MSM!

Matt Kobos has joined MSM as a Graphics Technician. Matt joins MSM from Fastenal Company and brings both customer service and operational experience to his new role. Matt will be responsible for the final production and packaging of graphics. Welcome, Matt!

Mirror Show Management will be presenting a donation of over $1,300 to Melissa’s Living Legacy Foundation this afternoon at Lifetime Care, 3111 Winton Rd. S. This donation is a part of MSM’s Live Great™ program that focuses on employee health and well-being as well as on giving back to the community.
