Internal Wellness Programs
- Health Fair — We had several vendors on-site for this half-day event; including Midtown Tennis (fitness testing), Excellus (blood pressure checks), Cornell Cooperative Extension (nutrition info), and In-Home Spa Services (chair massages). The event ended with a 2-mile employee walk on lunch hour around downtown.
- Step Up Program — 8-week walking competition; men vs. women. Goal was to reach 10,000 steps per day. Each member of the winning team received an extra vacation day.
- Weight Watchers — Completed a 10-week program on-site. 18 participants lost a total of 175.5 lbs. Lots of incentives and prizes were given out along the way
- General Health & Fitness Program — A 10-week on-site program that consisted of fitness classes, nutrition seminars, blood pressure & body fat checks, and a stress reduction seminar. Lots of incentives and prizes were given out along the way.
- Received the "Wealth of Health" award for our initiatives in 2005. We were featured in a lengthy article in the RBJ and recognized at an awards luncheon.
Employee Programs & Events
- Summer Picnic — A themed annual event with children’s and adult activities. All employees receive generous giveaways.
- Holiday Party — Annual event including spouses. All employees receive a generous holiday gift.
- Student Tours and Shadowing programs.
- Monthly company lunches — Put on by a different team each month. The presentation/event is themed; usually includes decorations, prizes, and/or giveaways.
Volunteer Work
- Habitat for Humanity
- YWCA Golf Tournament
- Camp Good Days & Special Times – Warehouse team volunteered their time building decks.
- Ronald McDonald House – Finance/IT volunteered their time preparing a meal for families of children in intensive care.

- Invoice Contribution Program - At year’s end, we donate to a rotating charity based on the number of invoices generated.
